Custom poems take time to write. I generally spend over an hour on each piece. Please be patient and note the average processing time can take up to 7-14 days for me to get your piece of art in the mail.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
